Help & How to Use
Welcome to the Triton athletics booster hub. I built this so everything for the program lives in one place: the roster, schedule, photos, team chat, volunteer sign-ups, and giving. This page walks through how to use it. If you get stuck, jump to the questions at the bottom.
Getting started
- Tap Sign up in the top corner and register with your email. If you already have an account, tap Sign in.
- New accounts start as a Parent/Player. That gives you access to everything families need: roster, schedule, photos, chat, volunteering, the store, and donating.
- If you sign up after registration has closed for the season, your account waits for an admin to approve it. You will see a pending screen until then, and you will get an email once you are cleared.
- Have kids on more than one team? The roster shows every team your family is on, grouped by team. For chat and events, use the team toggle in the top bar to pick which team you are viewing.
Finding your way around
The tabs across the top take you to each part of the program:
- DashboardThe home view with the latest for the team.
- RosterPlayers on your team, with numbers and positions. You see the roster for the team (or teams) your family is on.
- ScheduleGames, practices, and events, in date order.
- PhotosThe team photo gallery.
- SponsorsThe local businesses supporting the program.
- ChatsTeam and program message channels. You see the channels for the team you belong to, plus program-wide announcements.
- VolunteerOpen volunteer slots for upcoming events. Pick a slot to sign up.
- StoreTeam gear and spirit wear (coming soon).
- DonateSupport the program. Online giving is coming soon; for now, reach out to a program admin to donate.
A couple of tabs (Apparel, Budget) only appear for admins.
Install the app
No app store needed. Add Triton Volleyball to your home screen and it opens like a native app — full screen, no browser bars.
iPhone & iPad (Safari)
- Open this site in Safari
- Tap the Share button — the box with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
- Tap Add in the top right
- Open the app from your home screen icon
Push notifications only work when you launch from the home screen icon, not from Safari.
Android (Chrome)
- Open this site in Chrome
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right
- Tap “Add to Home Screen” or “Install App”
- Tap Install
Chrome may also show an automatic install banner at the bottom of the screen — tap it to install without going into the menu.
Notifications
The bell in the top bar lights up when something happens for your team: a schedule change, a new announcement, or a volunteer reminder. Tap it to see recent updates, or open the Notifications page for the full history.
You control what reaches you. On the notification settings page you can turn email updates on or off and mute categories you do not need, such as schedule changes or volunteer reminders. Important announcements and account approvals always come through.
You can also turn on push notifications to get alerts on your phone or computer even when the app is closed. Turn it on once for each device you use. On an iPhone or iPad, first add 1 Town 1 Team to your Home Screen, then open it from there and enable push in settings.
Common questions
I signed up but cannot see everything
Two things can cause this. Your account may still be pending an admin’s approval, or the tab you are looking for is admin-only (Apparel and Budget). Everything a family needs is available as soon as your account is active.
How do I switch between my kids' teams?
The roster page shows every team your family is on, grouped by team, so you see them all at once. For chat and events, use the team toggle in the top bar to pick which team you are viewing.
How do I change which notifications I get?
Open the Notifications page from the bell, then go to Settings. You can turn email on or off, turn on push alerts for your phone or computer, and mute categories such as schedule changes or volunteer reminders. Announcements and approvals always come through.
A player's info or the schedule is wrong
Rosters and the schedule are maintained by team admins and coaches. Send a note in the team chat or contact a program admin and they will update it.
How do I volunteer?
Open the Volunteer tab, find the event, and choose an open slot. You will get a confirmation and a reminder as the date approaches.
How do I donate or buy gear?
Online giving and the team store are coming soon. Until then, reach out to a program admin to donate or ask about gear.
Are the kids' photos and contact details private?
Yes. A roster and its contact details are only visible to signed-in members of that team, plus program admins, so one team’s families cannot see another team’s. Photos are served through a protected link, not a public one.
For admins
If you are a program admin, an Admin link appears in the top bar. It opens tools to manage the program:
- MembersEveryone who has signed up, with their role and status.
- RegistrationSet the registration window for the season.
- Pending signupsApprove or deny accounts that registered after the cutoff.
- FundraisingTrack funds the program has received.
- ExportDownload contacts and financial records as CSV files.
Admin access is granted by email. If you should be an admin and are not, let me know and I will add you.
Still need help?
If your question is not answered here, reach out to a program admin, or send a note in the team chat. I keep this page up to date, so if something is missing, tell me and I will add it.
